Easy to use
I had surgery in August 2018 which made my core extremely week from the bedrest. I purchased this after researching EMS for muscle strengthening. I would recommend this for anyone looking to strengthen their muscles. This is not an instant solution to a toned core and an easy six pack, but it does help contribute to stronger and more conditioned muscles. The instructions for operation are clear and easy to follow. The product itself is high quality and it was very comfortable to wear. My favorite setting is the acupressure setting! It's been almost a week and I am already feeling stronger.

Great buy!
I really love this belt! It fits really comfortably, the remote is so easy to use, and you can actually feel it working your abs!I love using this while sitting and studying before & after the gym.Another MAJOR plus is it’s SILENT, you could easily wear this anywhere and no one would know (unless you’re wearing a tight shirt).The sticky pads are super helpful to target different areas rather than just relying on the belt to hold itself down in one spot.Definitely worth it for how inexpensive it is!

First time user
Firstly, for someone who was new to using an ab belt, I was quite unsure of how to use the product. The instructions were very vague and I tried to do some research on how to set up the belt. This was because of the snaps as I was also unsure of which were replacements and how much to connect. However, I was able to figure it out and I thought it was great! The feeling of the belt was secure and it really does hurt to get what one intends to use it for. It was a great experience as of now but I haven't seen much change. I do try to use a higher intensity each time and grow from there. Overall, I would say this is a great product for the price and how much I use it! I believe as long as you can maintain the usage and keeping the pads in good shape, this can be a great long term ab belt!

Great Product
great belt... use it twice a day for a hour at a time to get best results.. do not over use it as u can get bruisingbut u can feel it working... iv lost of stubborn belly fat thanks to this product.... the pads are really sticky and do not lose there stickiness very great product i would give it 10 stars if i could

Great for sore muscles
I work out a lot and I use this bad boy on my muscles every day. The controller is great to use with AA batteries and I can only handle it at half power, the belt is comfortable and easy to put on and I’m glad it came with sticky pads to put on other locations

This belt assists with loosing those stuborn extra couple of inches
I really like this belt. It is easy to use and can be used while working out at the gym. this belt does not alleviates pain while using it on my stomach however if you use it on your back it definitely helps with the stress stiffness.

Easy to use
The media could not be loaded. 1st off it’s not a slendertone price. I wanted to try something close to that but I thought it was Way overkill price. I have to say I’m presently surprised. Used as directed 15 minutes a day. I’ve noticed my stomach muscles coming back to life. Now this will not build muscle. So if you don’t have any your existing you cash. But I’m my case I need to wake those old muscles up. Wow my muscles were on fire for days after 2 days of use. Well worth

Works Well, Needs Improvement
This Stimulator Belt works very good. It has a good program making changing its 10 settings easy to cycle through. The problem is trying to exercise with it on, the controller falls off, and sometimes turns it off; I was able to fix this using tie straps (sort of). Should have a place to tuck away the controller.
