Amazon Brand - Happy Belly Peanut Butter Sandwich Crème Cookies, 16 oz

Though I bought this for human consumption they didn’t end up getting eatten by the human but rather by our four legged companion friend but she enjoyed them just as well.. they did smell DELICIOUS though.. so I guess this one you can say is mother and puppy approved lol

These peanut butter cookies are just what I was looking for. I think they're far better than a certain rhyming name brand. These have a great flavor, they're not greasy or gritty, as far as I'm concerned the texture and consistency is perfect. I don't know what the negative reviews are talking about, maybe they're cookie snobs.When I'm slightly hungry, I eat two little cookies to tide me over and it works! The cookies are 5/5 stars BUT as I write this review, I have discovered Amazon is being rude about buying these. Us peasant folk who don't have prime and use the fresh service are unable to buy these wonderful cookies right now. Guess I'll have to settle for the generic peanut butter sandwich cookies at the grocery store. Hopefully they'll be available for the masses again soon.

Ok, so I have been pretty happy with all the Happy Belly items I have tried, the sandwich cookies in particular are really good. Nutter Butters are one of my favorites and Amazon Fresh didn't have them available, and since these had dropped to $6 and change from $11+ on regular Amazon, I splurged as I had another order of other items I was making anyway. These did not disappoint, taste a bit different than the original but were great, and were fresh. Texture, flavor, and sweetness was on point for the filling, and the cookie part from what I am able to have- tastes like cookie, not chemicals. For that I will give them 5 stars.Unfortunately, the person that pulled/packed the order put all of the items into one box and shipped it. One of those other items being a case of energy drinks. Imagine my horror as I opened the box and saw these inside. Pretty certain I relived that moment in my nightmares last night, over and over and OVER.But seriously- it doesn't take much to realize that packaging decision did not turn out well for these cookies. What kind of animal would subject a fragile food item to that kind of abuse, or inflict that kind of trama on an unknowing recipient?? USE SOME COMMON SENSE PEOPLE. PLEASE!!!

The squirrels love them. They are just a bit pricey for peanut butter cookies.

I was expecting, more or less, a round Nutter Butter. The cookie was denser/harder than I was expecting, or like. There was less peanut butter filling than I thought there'd be, or that I prefer. They're not bad, but I've had better generic peanut butter sandwich cookies. (I will say that I was out of milk so I couldn't dunk the cookies. Maybe if I'd been able to dunk them, I'd have a different viewpoint.)

I just got my delivery and already scarfed down 3 cookies:) They are so good and the peanut butter filling is perfect..not too sweet and not too plain. I read some other reviews that mentioned how hard the cookies are but mine are just right. Maybe they changed the recipe or someone had an overcooked batch but these are right in the middle between hard and soft. They would be good for dipping in milk-which I am about to do before I hide them from myself..haha. They have a different taste than Nutter Butter, (love Nutter Butter too),but it's a good taste. I will definitely order more.

I was so surprised at how wonderful these cookies are!!! They are crisp to the bite! The peanut butter cream filling is delicious, with the right amount of peanut butter taste!I’m going to order more before I submit this review😋. I ordered these once before, but the package was hijacked by squirrels. They tore the package apart and shared them with there friends. I’m so glad I got to this package first!!!

I liked them NB nothing outstanding but for the price I'd buy them again.
