I’ve had this for about a few months now and it makes you sweat within seconds. I started with a large and I bought a medium a few weeks ago and it fits perfectly! I recommend getting a size bigger if you want that full coverage. It really does trim your waist down a bit. Velcro on it is very sturdy and comfortable.Again this is worth the money and it feels great!

Love this waist trainer. Fits so well, and is comfortable. Doesn’t make anything else hang out, has great coverage. Comfortable enough to wear all day. Really does make my stomach sweat and that’s without even using sweat cream. The velcro on the strap is super strong! I am 195lbs and 5’4.5.

This is amazing. I was skeptical at first, but I used it with the bomb and it really makes you sweat a lot. i’ve been using it for about a week or so, and I can see my clothes fit a looser.

I use this paired with the sweet sweat gel and it works really good! I do about an hour on the treadmill and the sweat comes dripping off. This is a little too thick to wear under clothing as a waist trainer and doesn't function in that way. But definitely recommend to sweat a little extra during a workout.

I was sweating!! Love this, it feels like really durable material and it didn’t make me feel like I was suffocating. It sucked me in and gave me a really good sweat. I honestly feel like I could have gotten a smaller size because it’s very stretchy. The Velcro is strong and durable. Excited to be using this daily.

Works great! Very stretchy and can wrap around quite a bit to add more insulation. Love the feeling of taking it off after a good workout and feeling/seeing the pulled sweat. It’s gross in such a satisfying way. I’ve had it almost a year now and it’s going strong still. I use alcohol wipes to clean the inside (hopefully that kills any bacteria lol). Great buy!

This thing works great. I definitely didn’t think it would help me sweat but it does what it’s supposed to. I wear it all the time and sweat like no other. Money well spent for sure and good quality material and the Velcro holds great
