Great travel bag, but after 4 months using it, the extendable handle broke. Trying to contact amazon about there warranty, unsuccessful. Its impossible to talk to someone from Amazon.Very disappointed, this bag is not cheap.If someone want that kind of luggage, go get it from direct supplier, not from 3rd party Amazon.

I always buy a bag with only two wheels. The wheels are recessed and you get more storage, as opposed to the four wheel variety where the wheels extend. This bag always clears as a carry-on.

I purchased this bag replace an earlier model that was stolen. The earlier model was fantastic. I had only one issue with the handle and they fixed it for free. The bag was larger than than most carry-on bags which I loved. I very rarely was asked to check my bag at the gate. I just purchased the 6.0 version of this bag, expecting a similar product. This bag is smaller, it no longer has a piggyback strap what-so-ever, and the USB charger which is a new feature is not well thought out. You can not access the battery from the outside of the bag. This means you would need to open your suitcase to remove it while going through security, to me, that makes it useless. I would rather carry it in a small backpack or shoulder bag.
