The media could not be loaded.  I started going to the gym and almost locked the key to my old lock in the locker several times at the gym. This lock is awesome! So far it has been working flawlessly. I added 3 fingerprints to the lock and I’m not sure but it might accept more. The size of the lock it nice too. I have another lock that is only Bluetooth and it is super heavy. This lock can open via Bluetooth and the fingerprint as well. It is definitely great having multiple options. So far, this lock is great and I can’t wait to use it at the gym.

This lock is pretty neat and I was able to download the app and register my fingerprints no problem. It opens and closes with ease but the only thing I do wonder about is when it's locked because it doesn't need to click as deeply as other locks so it feels flimsy. However, I don't see an easy way to break into the lock unless of course the person trying to break into your locker has giant pliers then no lock can hold against that, but as far as picking the lock there's no way to do that so most thieves will move onto an easier lock to pick I would think. In all easy to use and feels quite durable.

So far the lock works well. However, the app needed to link your fingerprints needs ridiculous, blatantly abusable permissions for no reason related to the lock itself. It also installed another app that I immediately deleted that required even more permissions. I logged my fingerprints but don't feel comfortable that I did as they're quite likely using that data elsewhere. After I set my print I denied all access for this app in my settings. If you're concerned about your privacy, I would not recommend this.

Other locks are better. Sorry to burst bubbles. Just my opinion. I think it's more of a hassle having this than regular old pad locks. Even the ones you have to twist a bunch of times and precisely.. I'm not dumb I am in the modern world I know how to work technology and I know how to work this.. I just don't care for it..

It took a bit to figure out the setup directions since I have never owned one of these before, but it was worth the effort. I love being able to open the lock with my phone or thumb. It makes going to the gym so much simpler because I don't have to carry my keys or deal with a temperamental combination lock.

I didn't even use this pick. It asked for too many permissions on my phone. I wish I'd listened to the other reviewers.

Worked great right out of the box, consistently unlocks on first attempt, battery seems to last a really long time, charged once about a month ago and have used it 20+ times and it's still at 90%. Would absolutely buy again.

Little awkward to setup finger print but once is done works great.....even on cold frosty days.Works with several people and several finger prints. No key !!

I don’t understand the glowing reviews. As a lock, it’s sketchy: the shackle barely goes a quarter of an inch into the housing when it’s “locked”. That’s not terribly tamper proof. The lock feels a lot less robust than a similarly priced version with higher IPP rating offered by the same Chinese distributor. The instruction pamphlet is laughably poor. Bad English, and insufficient details: in its own attempt to answer questions, such as “How long does the battery last?”, the printed answer doesn’t actually answer that question at all, leaving the owner to hope it doesn’t run out while it’s locking something. Overall a product not worth the price.

For a $40 lock it feels very cheap. One good hit would smash it to pieces. But by far the worst thing about this lock is you CAN NOT USE IT unless you download a Chinese app, and give it permission to track your location at any time (just while using the app does not work), make and manage phone calls, and view and manage all media on your phone. Not to mention giving your thumb print to some Chinese manufacturer

I got this particularly to use at the pool locker room. The reason for this is due to the fact that I need to be able to access the locker ASAP as I’m dripping wet after using the pool. It still works well even if you your hands are a bit damp. It also saves a lot of time as I am not fiddling with the lock for a minute. This one is great, I have been using it now for a few weeks and have not had to charge it yet. I will probably put it on charge tonight as I will be going to the pool a lot this week. The set up was easy and requires a quick app installation, which was straight forward. I look forward to using this in the coming weeks. This is also great for families with kids as even little kids are able to open up the locker on their own and don’t need their parents to accompany them. You can program many different finger prints on this so once you have the initial installation completed it will make going to the pool with kids so much easier.

Straight to the point, this lock is awesome, I don't have to carry the key, or remembe my dial code.The fingerprint sensor is very responsive.I don't know how long the battery remain, but it's very durable and good to charge with USB.The best part is that it can be unlocked from phone.I hope the next generation of this lock support wifi, so it could be sync with smart home devices.Very happy with my purchase.

This product is not worth anything. Piece of junk. Fully programmed it and in the first week it wouldn’t unlock for anybody I did up the paperwork to return it but before I returned it a few days later it miraculously started to work, worked for almost a month until the time had passed when I could return it. Now I can charge the battery fully and it lasts about 45 minutes because the light comes on as soon as you touch it and will not go off so it won’t work even when it has a chargeAnd the charge won’t last any time. Time to throw it in the garbage and wish I had never ever seen it.
