VINCENT LONGO Lip and Cheek Gel Stain, My Sunshine

This is not the same product I have used over the past several years. The box was heavily taped indicating it had been previously opened and appeared used. The color is very light and not the same tone. And the texture of the product has a creamier texture than the stain I have received in the past.

Purchased this lip/cheek stain in "My Sunshine" and it certainly does the job! Don't be intimidated by the dark brownish-red color initially, it will lighten to a richer red as you apply across your lips. Goes on very light and watery-feeling but give it a few minutes to dry and it leaves a nice long-lasting tint on your lips. Better with a moisturizing lip balm or clear gloss on top because the stain will look dry after a while when worn alone. Stayed on my lips even after fruit salad, coffee, and a BBQ lunch! I'm impressed and will purchase in more colors! Pricey but worth the $ for staying power and pretty color.

I have very low expectations when it comes to long lasting lipsticks, stains, glosses, etc. Products like this are why. I don't expect 8 or 12 hour coverage and certainly not 24 hours like some advertise, but i would be THRILLED for a lip color to last the 4 hours between when i put it on at 8am and when i go to lunch at noon. I applied this one, let it dry, and layered it again. I kid you not, my lips were colorless in 30 minutes. I typically buy from Sephora or Ulta because they accept returns. Short of lip tattooing, IDK what else to do. :(

This long lasting stain is a holy grail type product for me. I purchased My Sunshine, which is a very natural rosy colorThat I can quickly use on lips and cheeks to instantly humanize myself whenever needed.It takes me from looking pale and gaunt to vibrant and happy in seconds and it lasts.I use clear glossy balm over my lips and I am perked up.

I've used Vincent Longo gel stain for years now, but needed it in a hurry so I ordered with Prime 2-day shipping. Although it arrived quickly and was labeled 'My Sunshine', the color was very brown- no warm red hue like I'm used to. I compared the bottle with one of my old ones and the color name was the same, but the number on the label is different. Packaging looked legit, so I doubt it's a knock-off. They must have changed the formula or something. Disappointing.

Vincent Longo is the BEST lipstick/stain. It amazingly actually stays on. It's actually a pretty color. It is hard to find. I got a sample of this in one of those beauty subscription boxes and I was hooked. I wear daily.

I love this and very little is needed to give you a nice flush. Mostly use on cheeks and now and then on lips.

I use this product mainly as a cheek stain. I have light Irish-type skin. My Sunshine looks natural, but gives me the color lift I need. I never have to reapply it during the day. I do 'set' the product with a quick brush of powder.
