Himalayan salt massage stone. Came promptly but it would have been useful to have instructions with it - such as how to heat it up or cool it. Intend using it on swollen ankle but haven't yet.

When I first used this it burnt very badly, but I decided to keep using it. By day three my armpits hurt to even lightly touch and when I applied the stone, it hurt so bad I couldn't move my arms. I figured I might have an allergy so held out on writing a review until I had my partner, who doesn't have sensitive skin, to try it. He described it as like having 'a really bad burn'. Moreover, as a deodorant it didn't work for either of us. I really would not recommend investing in this unless you have SUPER robust skin or you've previously tried it out and been fine.

Love the product but packaging bit sparse and not really made clear fragile as shoved through letter box so bit disappointed as looks like they are cracked not good as be sharp in my skin

I liked the shape of it and it helped with my cramps

Very heavy & rough so be careful on face and thin skin tender areas. Brought for someone else so not much more I can say
