Q: can these flowers be used outdoors?

I used them to make wreaths for cemetery arrangements. They are outside, but I haven't seen them since they have been there for a couple of months. I would think they will be ok for a while...not sure how long.

Q: Can the flowers be easily Removed i only need light purple but I want to know if I can roved the dark purple for a different color

the flowers pull off easily I only needed the purple as well so I had no problems with it

I used them to decorate a stair case and fence for my wedding. We wrapped 2 strands around each post going up the staircase. On the fence we weaved a strand going across and then on each post, we used two strands that we wrapped down.. I think 3 strands would have been even better to make them fuller but it worked out with 2 for our purposes since we had other decorations as well.

Q: Is the vine made of wire?

No; very flexible plastic, good quality! Had an arbor that we just intertwined around and looked great, great value
