Best Castelvetrano Olives I’ve EVER Had!
Like the title says, these are the best Castelvetrano olives I’ve ever had. I could even drink the brine. They are smooth, nutty, crisp yet tender, and perfectly salty. If someone says they don’t like olives, they simply haven’t tried these yet. The giant can, when divided, fits perfectly into five take-out soup containers, which I also bought on here. I will never buy another brand, so I hope this company never goes out of business. Even though there are about 500 olives in this can, it doesn’t seem to be enough 😉PS-the first can was severely dented from shipping (not the manufacturer’s fault, of course) and Amazon immediately sent a replacement. GREAT product support.

Amazing quality
I have bought this so many times on repeat for my charcuterie board business. If you hate olives. You should try these. I am not a fan of olives, and I absolutely adore these. I only use these on my charcuterie boards in an all my classes. These are really high-quality and your customers or yourself all of them. They are vibrant, green, and very fresh. I also love they can they come in which is irrelevant. I wish I could somehow find a way to use it to decorate lol.

Bad Batch
I have ordered this product before, both pitted and whole. So I know what the olives should look and taste like. When I opened this latest can, I was surprised to see the olives soft and mushy, ready to dacay. Very disappointing.

Olive perfection!
These are my favorite olives, and I go through them like crazy. So tasty, and buttery. They are briny but much more mild than manzanilla olives. This large can (and it is large!) is the most cost effective way to get them that I have found. I transfer them to two large mason jars and keep them in the fridge. Highly recommend.

Healthy great tasting Sicilian olives
These olives are excellent tasting and are exceptionally easy to use for a variety of culinary dishes. Purchasing this size can might be daunting for some, but I repack into smaller Mason jars and refrigerate. I eat these olives every day as a snack, but they can be used in so many different ways (I also use them to cook with). The larger size also has the advantage of costing less per pound. My only complaint is purchasing them for $41/can and when I’m ready to purchase again, the price increases to between $54-$56/can.

What you need to know...
Good Sicilian Olives, and a lot of them - though the pitted ones are a little mushier than the ones with the seeds, so I find I prefer the whole ones - and the price keeps going up, up, up every time I order them...3x what it used to be... !!...still...Recommended.

Outstanding!
The can was a little dented but what the hell, UPS. It's 5 pounds, POUNDS, of the world's most flavorful olive. I love castelvetrano olives and this is a great way to get them. Put them up in sterilized mason jars and bon appetite! If your taste buds are educated you will appreciate the flavor of the Sicilian castelvetrano olive; inimitable!

Damaged cans
These olives are great. I’ve been ordering them for quite some time. The cans arrive damaged virtually every time when I order from Amazon. So far I haven’t had any that leak but they are difficult to open when the edges of the cans are crumpled. I don’t have this issue when I order direct from the producer. It’s all about Amazon’s poor packaging practices. However, the olives are awesome for a serious olive lover!

Olives are delicious. Package arrives barely intact. All 3 cans I bought were dented upon arrival.
I have purchased 3 cans of these olives over the last month. As mentioned, the olives are of a high quality, and taste great! However who ever packs these items, places them into a box too large, with ZERO packing or insulation. The last two deliveries arrived with the boxes barely containing the contents, and all cans were badly dented. One can I need to take a hammer and screwdriver to - in order to straighten out the lip on the can enough to be able to open it with a can opener. Again great product, POOR neglectful packaging.

I love the olives
Would be better if they were unpitted but still are very tasty with a lovely buttery texture.

Don't buy unless you own a restaurant and have low standards
This is a ridiculous amount of olives. I only bought because a review said they were delicious but they are mushy and there is no way cover the tin once open. Worst purchase ever. Gave 1 star only because there was no lower option.
