These are awesome for places that you don’t have power available! Definitely get extra batteries, you’ll want them. It has place that holds 2 batteries but comes with only one. You’ll want to put that second one in because it will run on that spare one when the first one dies and it saves you from climbing up that ladder. BUT when you do change them you’ll need to have those spare ones handy. Mine seem to last about 2-3 weeks. Depends on the activity really. They sell silicone covers for these, i would search for them and get them, it protects them well. The video is outstanding and the light is about blinding so it’s definitely bright! Great addition to the entire Ring system!! Convenient for the places you don’t have that wiring you need but you want that security . TRUST when I say- this is definitely it.

I'm using the skin case for the spotlight cam attached to my fence (southern part of the U.S.). So far, it has rained at least five times (sometimes with heavy wind and rain) and it's holding up well. It fits snug - the way it should; the drip gutter keeps the rain away from the lens and the sunshade hood reduces glare. I would not say, putting it on the spotlight cam was super easy, but if you start from the bottom and pull the cover up from there, it wasn't hard either. So far, I'm satisfied, but will see how it holds up in the winter (mild winters).

Bought a set of these silicone covers for our RING Spotlight cameras. They are easy to install and fit well. The covers don't really do too much to keep moisture off the camera lenses, but I mainly bought them to keep the tops of the cameras from getting worn by the sun. The finish on a couple of our RING floodlight cameras is peeling, so I wanted to protect our spotlight cameras.One thing I've noticed about these covers is that spiders seem to like to spin their webs around the corners of the covers. It's a little annoying because the webs end up blowing in frot of the cameras and set off the motion detectors too. I haven't had time to get on a ladder to clean the webs off the covers and cameras, but hopefully, this won't be a reoccurring problem.

This cover fits perfectly over my Ring Spotlight Camera Battery / Solar. The white cover stretches easily over the camera and protects the entire unit from the elements. Unlike other silicon skins, this one does not block the camera in any way, the video looks just like you didn't have the cover installed. I like the lip around the top of the cover, which will deflect rain from running onto the lens. Definitely recommended.

I had no problem using this. The problem came when I had to put a battery in the camera or head to press the button to reconnect to my network. It was too late for me to get my money back so I’m stuck with it.

Fits perfectly and provides good protection for the camera. The front is open and does not interfere with the lights or speaker. There is also a little cutout for the microphone. The top and sides have raised flanges that should keep rain from running down the lens of the camera. I have not had any rain since installing the cover so I don’t know how effective the flanges will be. So far this is a win for me.

It’s not what’s shown. Does not go on easily, felt like I was going to tear it . It also covers both lights. Waste of money.. Too late to return..

This has turned out to be a great buy. We had a couple of ice and snow storms before I got this and I had to go out daily to get the ice and snow off the top and camera. Since putting it on we've had rain, snow, and ice and I've not had to clean it once! The design on the front has a lip that flares out and it seems to xhannel everything away.Super easy to put on, does not interfere with camera, motion sensor, or mount.

Fits the Ring Spot Cam nicely. Easy to put on & should reduce the UV degradation of the Cam.

I purchased these to replace 2 other ones due to reflection off the cover causing white spots, and these ones do the same thing! Removed after one day

I purchased this for my Ring Camera, I wanted to give it additional insulation from the weather. The install was easy and quick. so far so good!
