Perfect for my arthritic hand
I needed small clippers and this fits perfectly in my severely arthritic hand. I just received it, and tested it on a few roses, so don't know about durability. But it doesn't hurt my hand as the other clippers do.

Almost two years of heavy use
Great shears. I used them to prune citrus, Lady Banks rose, and Hopseed. But that's about the limit. If you need to get through branches larger than pinky-width (1/2 inch), go with a larger pair. I use these mainly on kale. The ends can get near the stalk of the plant and deliver enough cutting force to do the job. Minus a star: After about 6 months the small clip that holds the sliding lock broke off. I could still lock the shears closed, but the lock wouldn't stay in one place any longer and would get in the way of cutting. I finally jammed the lock open to keep it from sliding. Still very usable but now always open. Then just last week I snapped off the very tip of one of the blades. I don't really blame the tool for this since I was using the tip to cut some dense twine. Still a great tool so I'm buying the same one again.

Clean edges and sharp corners every time!
These are a great pair of trimmers. I have a couple pairs already that I use for Plastic Model Building, but these are my favorite pair by far! I’ve cut thin metal and plastic with these a buncha times now and they cut clean edges and sharp corners every time and are still sharp. And for the folks with the large hands, the handle is large enough to sit comfortably in my yeti size hands. Well worth the money spent!

Ready to prune
I just got this and have used it only once so far, but it is exactly what I was looking for. I was debating between a few and chose this one because of the good reviews. I like the size, the button that easily locks the tool, and the blades are good. I recommend this product.

Small spring return shears- short 2" blades.
Nice little shears. They feel quite smooth and well made. The only problem I have with them is that they are made in Taiwan. Nowhere in the sales page did it say where they were made. I should have figured by the price they were made in the far east. Anyway, we will see how they last and revisit this posting at that time with an update.

Very sturdy
I like everything about these trimmers. They have very thick and sharp blades. The lock works well so they don't open in your pocket. The blades are tight fit so no gap between them like some cheap ones have had. It's sharp enough to trim your mustache. I know I have done it. I like these as much as my fiscars. Also work well on woody stems.

Great for flowers
As advertised and echoed by other reviewers. Feels good in the hand and is great for snipping flowers. It does not do well on thick sticks, but then, it wouldn't, would it? The description states this limitation clearly.

Every day use
I volunteer at a flower shop. I use these clippers every day. They are absolutely perfect. Not heavy, sturdy, and doesn't hurt my hand. Highly recommend.
