Update** this product made my menses terrible after using it for a few months. I stopped taking it a few months ago and it’s back to normal!This herb has been working so well for en! My mood has increased. My libido has increased significantly. My face is clearing up. My most recent period wasn’t as heavy as it normally is and I didn’t have bad cramps like normal. I told my dr I was taking this and she was so happy!

Winter Review - To be quite honest, I haven’t been taking the product long enough to feel the results they say should occur after about 4-8 weeks. I am hopeful it works as I suffer from hot flashes and sweat miserably.It’s been 4 mos now and I am having fewer and less severe hot flashes and night sweats. Could this be really working for me or is it because we are now in winter?? We will see come summer... stay tuned
