Q: Will this work for 2006 gmc Sierra interior to

I’ve been using this product for years. I’ve used it on some interior components such as interior door trim, pillar trim etc. But I’ve never used it on parts that get touched a lot like interior handles. I’m not sure how the product would hold up with the oils from the skin and continued rubbing.

Q: Will the gray cover black spots?

It depends on what the black spots are. Are they something that can be cleaned with a super degreaser first? Trim coat does work just like a heavy-duty color paste dye. It should have no problem unless it is something that needs to be cleaned off first. I cleaned my black trim with IPA 91% before applying the Trim Coat and it restored a 1996 Dodge Ram bumper cover like new.

Q: How long will it last

For me on my personal vehicle, so far over 2 years on bumper trim, door trim and door handles. Still looks great.
