Pretty good

I ordered the sample pack of 4 different flavors as well as a 3 pack of street taco flavor which was a flop. I’m on a quest for some decent jerky. I liked that this is a softer jerky. Of the 4 flavors in this pack, the orange was sweet yet kind of tasteless. The original was just OK. The salsa Fresca flavor was pretty good without being spicy. The best, and favorite one of mine and my sons was the Serrano lime. Nice spice and great flavor. I would reorder that flavor only but only if I could get it in a larger pack. I don’t like that you can only get this in tiny 2oz packs or whatever they are. Seems like a failure on the company’s part. Overall, decent jerky. Some flavor failures and one really good one.

Good Jerky

Overall I didn’t enjoy this as much as I did the street taco flavor. That one bag was enough to make me want to try the other flavors. Well now I see why the street taco was held in such regard. This bundle wasn’t bad, I just didn’t enjoy it. The jerky texture was nice and soft but some pieces were purely flavored with no jerky in them. Its chewier than I’d like, especially compared to the Baja street taco flavor. Wouldn’t get this again but the Baja street taco pack I can’t recommend enough.

Absolutely delicious and very flavorful! The jerky is much softer than other brands I have tried, it is of course a natural product so each individual piece has a little different structure. I really like that I got the variety pack. I started with the Traditional Beef Jerky and it was great and had a great smokey flavor, it only had a small amount of heat. Then next I tried a piece of the Lime & Serrano Pepper. Wow, what a burst of flavor and spice! Especially since I had started with Traditional first. Next was Salsa Fresca, different taste, but just as flavorful! I tried the Sweet Orange last, that one has a little more sweetness to it, so it was like my desert! :-) Overall great jerky, bursting with flavor in very convenient packaging. I think it is best to order the variety pack, because the flavors are each so different and it is great to be able to go back and forth in between flavors, I feel it almost enhances the flavors that way. The only time I ever had beef jerky as delicious as this one was when I had a neighbor who was precisely from the Baja and he used to make small batches on his balcony, but he only had one flavor! I am really glad I found this product and will definitely order again! 10 out of 10

Great assortment

I used to be able to order this in bulk from the manufacturer but can no longer do that. So happy to be able to get them through amazon, perfect snack size pouch. Very lean tender and flavorful. Highly recommend
