I’m now on a low sodium diet and these seasonings have been just what I needed to spice up my meat and fish dishes. A bit expensive when you can get them in the US in the dollar store but the taste is sooo good that to me it’s priceless.I use the lemon pepper for my weekly Friday night treats of wings.

You would only use these if you cannot take salt. I have 4 types and they do lack flavour, but better than nothing.
