Ahh what a Beautiful sink and faucet. It’s sleek has a little gold for the bling and handles well and it’s easy to turn on and off. I can wash dishes even better now focus the nozzle wherever I need to focus and it also the pull down and has swivel handle it cleans all parts of the sink and dishes and glasses you need to get to with water. And had it has two settings of flow of water. Spray or funnel. It is lovely I filled my soap dispenser today it’s so easy and comfortable. Just make sure you get the countertop installers to cut the correct space for your sink and make sure they drill the correct number of holes you need for installation of your faucet and soap dispenser. And make sure to empty under your cabinets before the faucet install. Take eve trytjing out! And tipThem! Please! Amen! I love it - it’s my fave thing in the kitchen. I received two kraus faucets so I had to return one but it was easy return as well. It’s well made and huge! I bought the gold and black. It’s sturdy, beautiful and great quality! I had it installed with my new countertops several months ago and love it so much more than my previous spray/faucet! Wouldn’t have any other!

We ordered this faucet at the end of 2018 to use in our renovated kitchen. We didn't do the renovation ourselves, so I can’t attest to whether it was easy to install. But as for its sturdiness and the value we got for our money? That's where the problem lies. The renovation was completed in March 2019 and we moved in the following month. While we love the style and chose this faucet for the convenience of having a dual function sprayhead, we are extremely disappointed over the fact that - after just under 6 months of use - the toggle that switches between regular running water and the spray function no longer works. So while we can still use the faucet, it's stuck in spray mode, which puts limits on how useful it is. I would expect that a faucet that costs $175 would function as intended for longer than 6 months. This is advertised as a "commercial kitchen faucet," but I think that only refers to the design. Clearly it doesn't even hold up to regular household use.September 2019 Update:Kraus was very responsive to our complaint and sent a replacement spray head, which is working perfectly. Fingers crossed that continues. Their customer service is excellent, and for that (and the fact that the replacement is working fine), I’ve revised the rating from 2 stars to 4.

Installed the faucet 4 years ago for a kitchen remodel. Still looks GREAT! The cold water had just about quit flowing. I thought it was the valve. NO!. The supply lines have small filter screens in the end that attaches to the supply valve. Cold side was almost stopped up with debris from the plumbing lines. Cleaned it out, and faucet operates like new again. Highly recommend!!

Really great alternative rather than a separate spray faucet - love the utility of the product and bar holder as well!

Very sturdy, easy to install faucet. Love the under sink install with screws to tighten the faucet instead of the old large nut that can't be reached behind the sink. The 1.8 lower flow washer came pre- inside the faucet hose just before the end faucet piece that you remove. Used a small flathead to pry it out and replace with the 2.2 which has more visible mesh in the center, allowing for a higher flow. This produces as much flow as you could possibly need unless you want it to be a garden hose. If neither washer is present, the faucet will leak around the button area, so you have to choose one or the other. Love the pre-installed cold/hot extensions about 23 inches down to the location for the shut off valves. Can be installed with handle to the side or front. Bought 3 soap dispensers to fill up the rest of my previous 4 hole install. (Dawn, hand soap, hand lotion). Bought kits on amazon to extend the dispensers down to large refill sized containers and won't have to refill for months to even a year or so now. Paid $170. Great price for great product.

I am happy with everything about this faucet. Clean. looking, good spray, easy to clean and feels like very good quality. Highly recommend. I bought the matching Kraus water filter that that is a perfect fit to may faucet.
