Having used this kind of device almost since the category appeared on the market, I can say that this one has features new to me and very, um, useful. The plastic tubing is often the first part to fail in these appliances, possibly because twisting the tip to reach every tooth stresses the plastic - in my recent experience, leading directly to this purchase, the tube split while in use, spraying an astonishing amount of water before I could shut it off.The Useful WF 200 has a ratcheted wheel on the handle below the tip that permits the user to stream the water to corners of the mouth while holding the handle steady. Brilliant idea. Less stress on the plastic tube means, I hope, longer life for the appliance. We used to have a little repair shop with a clever elf who could replace the tubing, bless him, but no more. This WF200 is promising, also attractive and with convenient multi-stage force selection dial.I would add that the customer who posted the video sealed the deal for me and I am very pleased with this purchase.

This was a replacement for my old Waterpik that after a very long time finally just started leaking everywhere. Waterpik reservoirs tended to crack and finally leak, for no apparent reason. (Time to buy a new one?)So I tried this Useful because of the price mainly. What can go wrong with squirting water? I find this unit to be equal to the Waterpik and does what I wanted it to do, squirt water.I comes with lots of tips and a cover for the reservoir to keep the dirt out. I’m happy.

On first impression, this product performs very well and has all the features that a water flosser should have. If you've carefully gone through many of the reviews for the various brands and models, you already know about most of the common elements they have....I won't take time to revisit that. This product quite simply has every necessary feature that's important, and each is placed and proportioned for the best use, all at a very attractive price point. But there is room for comment.......Some have said that this unit is not quite as powerful as others. Yes, this unit may not deliver as much jet power as its competitors, but we still found this one so powerful that we wouldn't want to use it at any setting beyond 5, and it can be set as high as 10! If a powerful jet spray is what you want, you'll find plenty of that here. This unit is also fitted with non-slip footing that does a good job of keeping it in place on the counter top during use.That's important because, like all the other water flossers, when the hand grip is brought up for use, the coiled water hose is actually a bit short to reach from the unit to the lip level of most users. (Full disclosure note: I'm 5'9", and my wife is 5'.) The addition of just two or three more coils on the hose would make this much easier to use. To repeat, this is a concern no matter what brand of flosser you decide to buy....they're all too short. If Useful were to do nothing but increase the length of the hose, this would put it head-and-shoulders over all the others at this price.Perhaps the manufacturer could simply offer to sell a longer hose as an optional accessory.....I would be an eager buyer if they did.

I've had the water flosser for three uses now. It works as well as a Waterpik and cost significantly less. If it lasts for a few years, it will be as good for less cost. Unfortunate product name ("Useful"). I received an email from the manufacturer - J Miles & Co, NYC phone number - introducing themselves. Google finally found them as reviews on Amazon, which led to the company: JmilesCo, provider of a variety of items from pressurized gas cream whipper to air drain blaster that unclogs toilets to electric scooters and kayaks. I doubt they manufacture all of them, so I wrote "provider." Their products get good reviews.

I've had several water flossers over the years....Water Pik & Interplak. This "Useful" brand unit is wonderful so far....I've used it 2X/day for the last few days. I enjoy the fact it's quiet, has the "plaque finder" tip that the others didn't have. The unit is plenty powerful enough since even gums like mine that are used to water flossing are delicate and you don't want to abuse them with too much pressure. I'm phobic about oral health & cleanliness and prefer this unit over the others, not to mention the price point of this one is great....that's what caught my attention first, then once I read reviews, decided to try it. Very glad I did.

I think it is a good value for the price and does come with many different tools, will see how it holds up, I do wish they had the switch reversed for when you turn it on water starts shooting out, it would be nice if you engaged the trigger switch to start the water rather than stop it. I also find that the water flow needs a little help when you first turn it on. For the price great value so far, I am concerned of the water line kinking in the future, I had it for about a month and I believe the water tube will be easy to replace when needed

Got this after my waterpik starting dripping over the counter whenever I offer the reservoir off to fill.Pros - much quieter than the waterpik and compacter, smaller reservoir but unless you want to run it for five minutes the reservoir is still plenty big enough.Cons - not as strong as the waterpik. I used the waterpik at about level 7, the highest setting on this Useful isn't quite as strong as this but may be just fine for others depending on how powerful you like the water pressure.

I love this product. It is very easy to use, I especially like the rotating tip. The rotating tip prevents having to twist and turn the water line in order to get the correct tip alignment with your gums. I also like the large water reservoir that makes it possible to get a through cleaning without have to refill the reservoir. It comes with several useful tips and a convenient tip storage location on the side of the unit and in the lid of the reservoir cover. We found the water pressure range more than adequate. All in all it is everything I wanted at a very reasonable price.
