Amazing for hormones
Thought I would try these as perimenopausal and GP wasn't interested in helping. These have really taken the edge off some of my issues. Not solved them but definitely helped.

I take this for PMDD / PMS. My usual brand was out of stock and decided to give this a go. After a couple of cycles I can say these are not as good, I’m suffering notably more than usual.

CONTAINS BOVINE GELATINE - COW SKIN AND BONE
I really regret buying this product - I stupidly didn't realise it contains gelatine and never buy anything that is not vegan. So disappointed and such a shame this unnecessary ingredient is used in these capsules.
