Blu Sleep Products Vitality Pillow, Queen Size

I bought one of this 1 year ago for me and my husband tried it and he wanted one too. The problem with the new one in comparison with mine are: same quality, same material but is not thick like mine, so is not comfortable and my husband is not happy.

This is the worst pillow I have ever slept on. The first night I work up at 3:00 in the morning with a horrible headache and a very sore neck. I sent the company an email asking if the pillow could be returned. He has the representative call me and she informed me that it was not returnable and that I was the first person that had not liked this pillow. I told her I was a side sleeper and she said that this pillow was probably better for back sleepers (of course that is not posted on their side or Amazon any place). She said to give it another night's try. So reluctantly I did only to wake up with the same headache and very sore neck. I called the rep who only said that she was sorry it didn't work for me - easy for her to say now that she has my $150! I would recommend anyone looking for a good pillow to only buy one that is rated four or five stars and that can be returned. I tried to find reviews on Blu Sleep products prior to buying this pillow with no luck. So much for everyone loving this pillow as the rep stated. Don't waste your money on this horrible pillow.

Best pillows ever. Wife and I bought ourselves two with our new mattress over a year ago. We weren’t sure how they would do since she has neck problems. We sleep without covers on them and they are super soft. However, now my two year old has taken mine and I must order another. Well worth it for a stomach sleeper

I love my Vitality Pillow which was given to me by my Mom. I had problems with getting a restful sleep all night until I got this pillow. It hugs my head and offers a cloudlike feel and enables me to sleep all night eliminating tossing and turning!! Love ...love...love my pillow. Plus, as a health nut anti chemical junkie...it is OEKO TEX certified!! No toxic chemicals!!! Made in Italy and USA too!!! SWEET!!!

I actually thought the Aloe version was softer in store, so we got 1 of each. Needless to say, at home the Vitality felt softer, so I poached it from the hubbie who likes a harder pillow. 3 nights w/ this Vitality pillow and I LOVE it. I have significant neck pain, and this seems to have relieved it. Very comfortable on back and side.
