InvestiGators: Ants in Our P.A.N.T.S. (InvestiGators, 4)

My 6 year old loves the Investigators. The book is well-made and can withstand all that a 6 year old with two younger siblings puts it through. The illustrations are great, and it is comic format, but with a decent amount of narrative to keep him challenged. We are collecting the whole series and moving into the spin off collection.

Everyone was raving about this book. I now understand why. My son reads all of these books in the series and none of them disappoint. A great book for anyone 6, 7 or 8 year olds.

8 year old could read entire book in a day. He just couldn’t put down. Has read most of this series.

These are very nice and interesting books, great gift ideas for kids who need to read more and play less on the iPads 😂

First of all it should be noted that this book is part of a series - I think number 2 or 3. It was the first book we ordered but we will definitely be getting other books in the series as well!!This is great for kids who are past beginners level reading (M4 lees Niveau). This is of course a paperback rather than a hard-back book but still has a study design and is better value for money. My husband is Dutch and I am English so our kids are raised in both languages, hence use ordering the English version.John Patrick Greens books are available in other languages though. It is designed more like a comic book but this made it super entertaining - especially with all the fun illustrations! As the Name suggests it is about a team of two crocodile investigators. One is however in a coma and is temporarily replaced by a robot version of himself. The daring duo have to find whose behind a series of bad deeds in this exciting tale involving a rhino supervillain and giant ants.We read 1-2 chapters each night and it was exciting to see what happened next each night!
