Q: Will it form to my ear shape and will not go back to its original shape? I want it to set after I mould it

It will form to your ear shape & will not go back to its original shape. It will be set as per the moulded shape. It is reusable. Always use it with clean & washed hands to avoid it being dirty & loosing out the stickiness. Replace it when it becomes dirty or not very sticky. The frequency of usage can be based on the application it is used, eg. for sound reducing for meditation, Study, Loud noise events like concerts, marriage functions, traffic, swimming, shower etc. It can be reused according to the purpose of usage.

Q: I'm going to use it to take a mould of my ear to make a custom made (in ear monitor) is this a good material for that?

You can try. This is soft silicone. It will form the shape of the mould & will not go back to its original shape on its own. It will not become hard & can again change shape, as per the changed mould. Transparent are also available by the name of AquaEars.
