Used it for ice pack on shoulder pain, so good. Temporary pain relief, but boy does the pain disappear.This Large size is sufficient. Just a tip, if using ice pack, freeze some ice cubes along with a big bowl of water.Let the ice cubes freeze monitor the bowl and don't let it freeze aside from just the top surface of water.The big bowl is so that the water doesn't freeze as fast as the ice cubes.Pour the water into this and add the icecubes. The nearly ice cold water will ensure that the pack will wrap around the body part you are using it on, the added ice cubes will keep pack cool for longer.

I honestly had very low expectation with this product, but i was wrong, this one is very good. Bag has a big mouth from where you can put ice for cold therapy and it is leaked proof, not a single drop was leaked from the bag. Very very good product, can be used for hot thearpy top. A must buy
