I did not expect this item to be so large and unwieldy. The goose-neck part is very thick and does not bend well at all, it is difficult to get it into any useful position. I do not recommend this product.

The cell phone holder is OK. The arm, though appearing to be stiff, shakes every time I accidentally bump the desk while working. That's probably unavoidable because the arm is very long. Also, this wouldn't normally be a problem except for the fact that I use this holder for my phone when I do video conferencing and I have to type on my computer.

Please do nooooooot order this!! It almost hurt me, and the customer service is horrible, I used it for 6 month, it broke in several places, and the arm of it fall almost on my face when I m laying in bed. I suppose if you buy it and expect it to last for a short time, then go ahead. The customer service just said that oh we are sorry that it almost hurt you, but it's over six month so we can do nothing. And it s very short, not good to use. I know it's cheap, but six month? Try something else:)

Love this! Makes it very convienient to watch videos or just place your phone anywear. The clamp hooks on to almost anything.

Exactly what I needed. Works well as both a holder for my phone to watch shows in bed and also as a flexible camera mount for taking photos!

Product works like it's suppose to! Most of the time I don't have time to watch my tv shows due to school and the amount of studying I need to do so when I do get a chance to watch something, it's nice to catch up while I am in bed! I can pop in some earbuds and not wake up my husband:)

Worked decently but would bend a littlewith the weight of the phone and it ended up breaking after about 4 months of use.
