Huge trampoline that the kids use everyday. Went together quickly (3 guys - maybe an hour or so), but the best part thus far is the customer service. One of the poles for the netting became bent - I emailed the company (lyromix) a photo and they sent the new piece at no charge in a couple of days - can't beat that.

Very simple to put together (I am a firm believer that many people just don’t read instructions or have prior knowledge experience with using a screwdriver). All three packages showed up 3 days before they were estimated to arrive. I read many reviews about missing pieces or broken parts but I did not have any issues. The build quality feels great and seems pretty durable. The kids are super excited. The 16ft trampoline is perfect for my family of 7.

I bought this trampoline in September of 2023. In March 2024 one of our bars bent making the trampoline unusable. I got on line to contact Lyromix and was super disappointed to find out there was no contact number just email. I just thought I was going to get the run around but I have to say I was completely wrong. They responded to the email promptly. I was sent a new bar to replace the broken bar as well. Then when I took the trampoline down so I could reassemble it with the new bar I noticed another piece had broken. Once again I was emailed back promptly and sent the additional piece that was damaged. I got my replacement parts in a week from emailing the company. I'm very satisfied with the product and customer service that was given. This is my trampoline reassembled with the new parts back together for the kids to play on!!

Thankfully, they managed to jump off in time and escape injury. However, the incident highlights a serious flaw in the product's design or manufacturing. It is absolutely unacceptable for a trampoline to break so easily, particularly within such a short period of use.While I understand that accidents can happen and even the best products can occasionally fail, the fact that this trampoline broke within just one day raises significant concerns about its quality and safety standards. It leaves me wondering if the manufacturer prioritized cost-cutting over ensuring a durable and secure product for children's use.I contacted customer service immediately to report the issue and express my concern. Their response was prompt and they offered a refund, but that does little to alleviate the disappointment and the potential danger my children faced. It is disheartening to think that the faulty trampoline I received may have found its way into other households as well.I strongly urge other parents to exercise caution when considering this trampoline or any product from the same manufacturer. The safety risks associated with a defective trampoline are simply too high to ignore. It is vital to thoroughly research and choose a trampoline that has a proven track record of reliability and safety.In conclusion, my experience with this trampoline was deeply disappointing and concerning. The fact that it broke just one day after purchase, putting my children at risk, indicates a serious flaw in its construction. While the customer service was responsive, it does little to compensate for the potential harm this product could cause. This trampoline turned out pretty good for our son! He loves the net and the basketball hoop so much that the sprinkler just ends up being a cherry on top. It was a little wonky at first on construction, but we noticed the tension from springing up the trampoline helped it all come together the right way, and it took about 3-4 hours with me and my wife. It comes in 2 separate boxes altogether.We were missing the 2 steps for our ladder, so I had to reach out to their customer service for them, and they had no problem sending us new pieces (albeit, without the screws needed to screw them into the ladder) that took about 2 weeks to show upThe only other problem we had was that the net broke after the first time zipping it, or the 6th tooth from the bottom just wasn't there in the first place, so reattaching would just make it split up on hitting that tooth, and they remedied this with a $20 credit, which is fine, but kind of a pain, considering it's 40 minimum for a new one on Amazon, and they could've just sent a new net.Overall, it's a nice trampoline, and the customer service were as helpful as they could be with the missing parts, so I appreciate them for that, just wish they could've done more for a net that seemed to be messed up when it arrived.

Great trampoline. My kids love it! Easy to assemble. Fits perfectly in our backyard and the green makes it blend it perfectly.

Was not sent all parts so the excitement my kiddos had when I started assembling was short lived and turned into disappointment. If and when I'm sent the rest of the parts I can be able to write an honest review on the FINISHED product however as of now I can honestly say the instructions are about useless and the packaging of the bolts and washers are just an overall bad setup. Soon as you open they all mix and you have no idea what's what. I give it a 3 cuz I'm still hopeful for the end result but will come back and update when something changes

We bought this for our kids and it has been the best thing we’ve ever done! Every day my kids are wanting to play on it & so do all of the neighbor kids! With all of the features this trampoline offers it’s impossible to beat for the price. We live where it’s hot, so the sprinkler feature is absolutely perfect for the weekends and when the kids get off of school. They play all day!
