Delicious and versatile
First time user here and I'm really enjoying the taste and versatility of this product. Great consistency. A little goes a long way, so this is going to last for a while (unless I end up cooking up a storm and using it all up!)

Thick Paste, Searching for a Recipe!
The consistency is similar to thick tomato paste. I'm still exploring dishes where this could be a good fit.

Best Gochujang!
I cook authentic Korean food a lot. Most of Korean seasoning includes wheat. But this one wasn't. And whenever I have a GF guest to come over, I use this gochujang. Thanks for making it! It still tastes good and compact size.

Delicious
How did I not know about this product. Adds such a great flavor to any soup/sauce/marinade. I might be addicted. The lid is funky I will probably put it in a jar!

NOT 100% Organic, has Soybean Ingredients
I couldn't find the ingredients list on the Amazon listing for this product (seems that ingredients lists have been removed from a lot of items on Amazon lately), but I decided to take a chance and order it in hopes that I would not be disappointed by undesirable ingredients. Although I'm not a big fan of soy, the soy derived ingredients are at least organic, however there is carrot powder which is not organically grown. What a disappointment!These food manufacturers and companies that offer organic products, but just won't go all the way! I'm throwing this product away because I don't want ANYTHING grown with ANY pesticides, herbicides, chemical and toxic fertilizers, etc. Why would you go to all the trouble of sourcing ALL BUT ONE organic ingredient? Don't even bother - we're tired of these half-as*ed companies that won't fully commit to non-toxic food. We deserve better and will go without until someone decides to step up and do the right thing for their customers! Thanks, but no thanks! I'll spend my money on the uncompromising!
