Good solid griddle. Picked up a slight warp after the first use.

under heat this warps
The griddle is great.. but under the heat, it warped really bad. Has no cross bracing to stop the warping. Maybe having a full cross brace could stop the warping. .There is another griddle which is 32x17 and it has a diffuser on the bottom end that looks like it could diffuse the heat better and keep the metal from bending..
