I would highly recommend these if you are a long distance runner
I would highly recommend these if you are a long distance runner, no upset stomach whilst taking them. They taste just like Wine Gums! I normally take 2 before my run and 2 during my runs and they keep my pace steady without any energy dips.

Does the job
These are quite large 'bites' but they do not upset my stomach. 3 jellies/bites got me through a half marathon and did a good job.I'll continue buying.

Better than other alternatives.
I was given these as an alternative to my usual "jelly babies"... (hmmm other jelly confection is available)...& I'm so glad I was. First off, they are a tad bulky, but the flavour is nice. Not too sweet and easy to digest. Tend to take them every 20 mins or so and they do work. Only problem, in colder weather when your cold, they are a beggar to chew.

Really nice flavour, easily digestible didn't upset my stomach and found that they didn't give me indigestion like some sports chews do.

I'm sure these are great little things but didn't work for me, I have Ibs and they played havoc with my guts after the run. Glad I tested them before my big run
