Good customer service, good product. It's what I expected but not at all what I hoped it would be.The chair is very comfortable, but it is a bean bag, don't believe this is an actual chair with back support.If you have a foot rest or place to put your legs it is comfee for an adult to nap in.If you are more than 60-80lbs or so the back support is not back support.Small children could use it for gaming but older kids and adults will need foot rest to sit in itas it turns into just a bean bag or flat place to sit with weight.The back will immediately collapse if you lean on it, but is great w/ leg foot rest to nap on

It is the worst thing I have bought in Amazon. According to the pictures the woman can read and sit straight using the back of the chair right, well the chair doesn’t sit straight it is so soft that if you don’t lean the back of the chair into a wall or something else you will fell out the chair backwards . No back support at all, it is good maybe for dog use not an adult.. I was planning to use to watch TV in my room but I can’t ad the back doesn’t stay straight like the pictures show. Don’t waste your money.. maybe my dog will use it :(

Wonderful chair for a kids room.

I received this chair @ 1.5 days ago, it was packed very well and after 24 hours of expansion, it measures exactly as described.It’s smallish and cozy, which is what I wanted.If you are expecting a larger chair based on pictures, read the description and the measurements, grab a tape measure and you will see exactly how large it will be. 100% satisfied!

Shipping was quick. Well packaged in a compact box 📦. Once we opened it, it expand to this cozy comfortable chair that my kids love to sit and play. The chair doesn’t feel like typical bean bag but It has good support on your back. It can fit 2 toddlers or 200lb adult with no problem. I like the modern style adding to my space. It’s been almost a month and still holding up pretty well! Recommend!!

Came quicker than intended even though it was originally due earlier in week. However, it came much more thicker than expected and a bit of weight to it. Only complaint was that it collects dust and dog hair quick but used a lent roller and was able to remove all that.
