making life easier
I bought this as i needed something for my laptop and other work related items to transport, instead of carrying. I can virtually fit everything i need for the work day in this. I was surprised how many compartments as you can't see them when looking online. It doesn't tip over either no matter how you pack it. If you were someone who travels there is a compartment at the back to put clothes in. I use this compartment for my lunch and small pieces of equipment. The two main compartments the zips go all the way round the the base allowing it to open up fully.

Retractable handle Brilliant and plenty of compartments for 2 Lap Tops
Best Purchase of the year for me.... Working across city centre of Manchester the mobile system works perfect across all surfaces from cobbled roads and over tram lines not a problem....... compartments inside are plenty enough for my 2 laptops and all my leads...... also well tested in the Manchester rain... no leaks it is a superb product

Nice bag
Overall a good, very well built bag. Not quite as much space inside as I had hoped but it feels like it will last a while.

solid and durable
This feels incredibly well made, has an overload of pockets, straps etc. (I discovered another pocket just recently) but it is heavy. Coming from the makers of the swiss army knives this is really solid so you can bump it over all sorts of pavements and kerbs and it also doesn't get caught and twist to the side as you walk along as lighter more upright wheely rucksack types. I would not use it for travelling if you need a lot of room - they promote it as slip an extra shirt in - it is essentially designed for laptops and some files plus plug/charger paraphernalia. As others said, you have to unzip it fully to get it wide at times (ie it is very well protected and structured so there is not so much 'give' in it). You can put a bottle of water and snack in it - though more of a slim line sandwich case than a big salad box - basically it is all very structured so that your laptop is really protected. Surfeit of pockets is useful though for extras like umbrellas. I got it to relieve the weight of carrying everything in a rucksack for work (teaching and commuting but carrying files and the odd book) and for that it is great and immediately my back is feeling better - so overall it has done the job but it is itself heavy so that up stairs etc. you have to be braced for it! It is not especially cheap but it is really high quality so I feel in that sense it is good value for money. I had a lighter cheaper wheely rucksack and wheels deteriorated quickly. always caught stuff etc - This definitely so much more robust - and I look super-prepared for anything.

Expected it to be bigger
I find it’s a good quality crew bag which can last for many years, but sections are small. I would like to see it and know before I buy it because I wanted a one big section instead of 3 small. Anyway, it’s enough for cabin crew :)

Does what it is made for
I had an earlier version of this bag whose wheels wore out after 16 years use! This one looks just as sturdy, although I little smaller - which will make it easier to get into overhead compartments. Lots of the right kind of pockets and lighter than before.

Good sturdy bag if you don't require much room
This was my third attempt at finding a work bag on wheels due to a shoulder injury and the inability to carry. This is a very sturdy bag, it is well off the floor so does not get wet in puddles and it seems impossible to tip over. The retractable handle is great and there is a good solid handle when you need to get it up and down stairs. It would be perfect if it was not so rigid and unfortunately you have to unzip the pockets completely, all the way to the bottom, before you can get items in properly. With the laptop section at the back this causes the bag to split/tip open and both hands are required to man handle it back together. There just is not enough room to get the laptop charger lead and mouse in the same section so you have to use the middle pocket, this then limits the space. If you only need to get the laptop in there with the lead and mouse then this is the bag for you. Unfortunately I have to get other essentials in there for work and it is a real struggle to make everything fit. I will persevere with it during the winter months when it is wet, but I will revert back to my other wheeled fabric bag when the weather is dry.
