Great tool. Gets the tough spots. Just the right balance of soft and firm

It's really nice for thigh muscles

I got this to see if it helps ease the pain and tightness in my shoulder blades. It’s really hard to lay perfectly on the spot you want to hit. Takes a while to get it in the perfect spot and sometimes it rolls off to the side

I love this thing. I constantly work on my feet being in the military. I look forward to coming home and sitting at my desk so I can pop this on the floor. While I’m playing video games I’ll run it along the bottom of my foot. If you keep it on the flat surface you can use that point to get deep into the muscle. The slant in the point allows you to turn it and make it easier to get the right angle. Or you can just turn it on its side and roll it between your foot and the floor which is more relaxing. If you do have dogs make sure to pick it up after. My Belgian Malinois thinks it’s one of his dog balls and refuses to give it back. Overall I’d recommend getting this if your feet constantly hurt.

Heavy good quality but easily rolls making it hard to keep the pointed end in place Whether using against a wall or on the floor .

This fits nicely In the hand and is easy to pinpoint pressure. It’s firm enough to not give when applying pressure to just the right spot.
