Very helpful for gaming/working from home. Keeps your posture correct without hurting you. Quite a lot of straps to organise but worth it

Practical support solution without too much expense
A few weeks ago I twisted wrongly and trapped a nerve or something in my back. Big ouch! Ordered this product to help support my back whenever, and wherever, I sit to write or type. It was a much cheaper option than buying a support chair and takes up very much less room in my small flat. I've used it frequently since the injury and can recommend this product to do the job of lumber support well. Easy to fit and adapt. I also found that I could leave it around my back, removing the knee pads from knees of course, and walk around from one room to another. No problems in re-fitting it again when sitting back down. The lumbar support product can be used with any chair and comes with its own drawstring back pack. The storage pack could have been of a higher quality but for the price I think it is adequate for purpose. The support itself is very well made and is sturdy. Very good value for money and ideal for those on a limited budget and or space for yet another chair in their home.

Unbiased review
I did not get a discount or offered this product for a review. My honest unbiased review and feedback.I suffer back pain (upper and lower including my neck area). I have a prolasped disc in my lower lumber region, hence the reason why I purchased this item.1. It's somewhat a bit fiddly to get adjusted.2. Watch what you wear as the knee pads can slip or slide (especially if you move)3. No mention how long you can wear it whilst sitting4. If you suffer inflammation, soreness, tenderness in shin and or knee issues, (which I also do), the knee straps, though under the knee areas can aggravate. The knee pads have some padding but for me and perhaps some others, not enough. I feel the slightly padded section that goes below the knee area could be better improved. This is an unbiased review. I have not received this item as discounted by the seller or as a product free of charge to try and then review.I do not sit on a chair for my home office use and lap top use. I used a ball chair. I have tried this item whilst on a kitchen chair and a sofa. If you want to relax, you need to take the item off. This is for sitting purposes only. This item primarily provides lower back support, rather than mid or upper back. I correctly placed and fitted the item but find it helps ease lower lumbar back pain (but not entirely).I initially found it fiddly to put on and adjust. The knee strapping padded area, that goes below each knee is not padded enough for me. I suffer from tenderness in both knees and shins and whilst wearing this item, find the knee strapping padded area can aggravate. If you suffer arthritis in your knees or have any other issue such as tenderness (and on shins), the strapping can prove quite firm (as it needs to give support - i.e.the very top of your shins and below your knees)I feel the knee strap padded area could be better improved Best to wear trousers rather than a skirt or shorts. .

Painful to knees and difficult to assemble the product
I found that once I'd set up the contraption, it was very painful on my knees. There should have been a warning that if you have problems with your knees (and I have) then this product would be wholly unsuitable for you. I have severe arthritis in one knee and a replacement in the other. I don't know if this contraption would benefit your back because I couldn't keep it on long enough to find out.I also found it difficult to assemble it.Because of the above, I'm afraid I cannot recommend this product.

Could work if you’re sitting for a long period.
I love the idea of this and it did help my back be straight while I was sitting cross legged - which is hard to find! However it was fairly awkward to put on and take off and I get up and down from my seat too often for it to be worth it. It also started hurting my back a little after awhile, where the edge hit the top of my hip. Maybe I had it too low, but I have a short torso, so it probably was too big too.
