Not overly impressed with its straightening capabilities
The brush works ok. It warms up really fast and its features match the description. The paint of the ceramic teeth is coming off which is a bit annoying, but not a major problem, as it doesn't leave any residue on the hair. However, I'm not overly impressed with its straightening capabilities. I have African origins and I wear long-lasting long wavy hair extensions mixed with my own hair. The brush at its maximum temperature makes the hair extensions more straight and gives them a smoother touch, but if I want the waves completely gone I have to use a round brush and the hairdryer. Additionally, the brush is completely ineffective with my own hair which remains curled up even after several brush strokes. But, as it wasn't super expensive, I don't regret having bought it. I use it as a complement, not as a substitute for my round brush + hairdryer regimen.

CHEAP + NASTY
I would not recommend this at all. The bristles are so small the brush itself is no bigger than your usual hairbrush. This may seem a good thing but it gives the feel of a Very cheap plasticy product. It may be ok for a supervised 6year old but I bought it as a gift and still have it. It has Chinese writing on the black gift bag and on the handle, it doesn't look good. If I returned it the p+p costs meant I would only receive half the money back. Own fault I urge everyone to check return prices before purchase :(

Glad I didn't pay for a more expensive version
I bought this item after an operation to my arm and I was unable to use hair straighteners. Sadly it doesn't straighten hair well from just washed, its OK mid wash but it is heavy and cumbersome. Glad I didn't pay for a more expensive version.

Great until needs cleaning
Like this product until it needs to be cleaned, which if difficult due to (afro) hair grease, need to sort it out and this product would be perfect.

Great product
Bought for my daughter's very thick natural hair but worked as well as expected, making hair a lot easier to manage

Excellent
Bought this for myself, it's excellent as good as some that's twice the price. Comes with a lovely pouch to store it in and two grips to hold separated hair. Heats quickly, no scorching hair and easy to use although I could have done with it to be slightly lighter as I have RSI and at times it's very painful, but doesn't distract from my giving 5 stars!!
