It works and my cat loves the taste.
Didn't want to spend $200 for a vet visit just to get some antibiotics for my cat's nose scab that was clearly infected, but in early stages. Ordered this instead. The infection cleared up quickly which tells me this product delivers!Bonus: he likes the flavor! It went from trying to hide it in his wet food to realizing he saw it as the perfect topper and was eating his wet food much faster than normal, focusing first on the antibiotic.Typical antibiotics are a chore to force down his throat and now he relishes his treat. Major life improvement. Additionally sometimes the vet antibiotics upset his stomach. I've seen none of that with this. I will definitely be ordering another bottle!

Seems to work
This appears to be working for a semi stray cat that had gotten into some fights with other cats. He had a some boo boos on his back and side and I gave him the antibiotics twice a day in his food. He’s rather picky but did not hesitate or maybe notice (this time) that I put meds in his food. After about a week, I can tell his wounds were healing and no sign of infection.

He likes it, hey Mikey! LOL
I've not had this long, but I wanted to say how surprised I was that my cat likes the taste. I smelled it when it came and pictured me holding him and forcing him to take it. But I offered him the dropper full and he lapped it right up! Happily surprised. I am still waiting to see effects, which is the only reason for the 4 stars.

Great product
This stuff has done wonders for my friendly feral! He got into a fight with a Palo Verde around the holidays and appointments were scarce so I put this in his food and it helped his abscess immediately. He had no fuss about eating it mixed with his food and I keep it handy because he is and always will be part feral. So he will always be getting into trouble. Catching him is a challenge but feeding him and spiking his food with this isn’t an issue! Great product.

Very effective
I have an old feral kitty that was dying and looked very sick. I couldn't hand feed him, so I started to put this supplement into meat baby food, and also into mashed up tuna a spoonful at a time. He was strong enough to eat it. He went through the most incredible change, where he became more active, his appetite got better and even gained weight. I was giving him this supplement three times a day or as often as I could see him come around. I use this now whenever I see my kitties look like the have an infection of some kind. With several cats I can't afford the exorbitant vet fees.

Natural antibiotic for cats
My cat loves it. It’s natural antibiotic and helped with his runny nose and watery eyes.

No change at best, toxic at worst
On the positive side, my cats enjoyed the flavor. It smelled good, and they seemed to enjoy taking it even though it was being forced on them.IMPORTANT NOTE: This has to be refrigerated after opening. I missed this detail because it's written in very small print on the bottle itself, not on the outside of the box. I'm not sure how that effects its efficacy or safety, but I didn't realize this until after a week of using it.I had three cats that developed conjunctivitis, but this didn't seem to help in the least. Their eyes are still bad, and it didn't seem to improve their symptoms at all. Two cats have gotten worse. One developed an URI, and the other is currently in the hospital with kidney failure (for full disclosure, this is a chronic issue with him, so the medicine may not be to blame here, and he's expected to recover and come home soon). I can't and won't say that this medicine caused those issues, but for something that says it is anti-viral, anti-fungal, and antibiotic, I would think it would have at least kept these things from occurring in the first place. My biggest complaint is with the ingredients label. It lists "proprietary blend", which could mean just about anything. I wasn't able to check the phosphorus content to see if this would be safe for my cat with kidney issues, and you wouldn't be able to get vet approval if they don't know what's in it.There is also confusion on where this is made. The bottle says it's from Ireland, but a sticker on the outside of the box indicates that new bottles may be manufactured in China. I don't know, but I won't be taking any more chances with this brand.

Works for one cat not the other
So this was hit and miss for my cats. I have 2 that have chronic sinus and respiratory infections (coughing, sneezing, etc) and it worked great for one cat but not the other. They both liked the taste and didn't mind it on their food so it must not smell bad to them (smells awful to me). It comes in a glass bottle and a dropper with measurements on the side of the dropper for easy dosing. One cat tolerated it well and I noticed a difference in her symptoms within a few days. The other cat did not tolerate it at all and had explosive diarrhea and/or vomiting every time I gave it to him. After a few days I stopped giving it to him so he didn't really benefit from it at all as far as symptom reduction.I do have an issue with the ink on the dropper as it is coming off and no longer legible which is concerning. I received 2 bottles so I opened the other bottle to see if it was doing the same thing but it's not. I think it's rubbing off when I wipe the excess off the dropper on the side of the bottle so just be mindful of that issue.
