Q: What length are these vests shoulder to Hem ?

Length from shoulder to hem is 23" or 58 cm.

Q: what are chest sizes for small & medium ??

I ordered a medium which is my usual size. The t-shirt that arrived was labelled medium but was much larger than I like to wear. I am not sure whether the sizing was wrong or whether the style of Urban classics is very loose fitting. In hindsight I think that the style is loose. Hope that helps. John
