How do I select a language for audio instructions?
I have been trying to reach the seller to find out how to select a language for audio instructions while connecting devices via Bluetooth. It isn't working. If I can't get the instructions, I will have to return the item, since I do not speak Spanish. As far as I can tell, the product may be good if I could only get customer service.Update - the seller got in touch with me, contacted the manufacturer, and I was sent a replacement part that speaks English! I would give it 5 stars if it had a user's manual. The sound is good, and the battery length is very good so far. Thanks to the seller for helping me out!

More comfortable fit than other sets BUT
First, I use these every day all day in pretty severe conditions.Love the fit, life of the battery and performance, they much more comfortable and stay in place much better than the spiral tube designed set-ups.The only issue: if you get moisture in the hollow tube GOOD LUCK cleaning it out.There is no way to remove the tube from the earpiece OR the amplifying tympanic membrane.SO, you are deaf in the tube that has the water in it, you can pinch the tubing to try to clear it but it's just temporary.I'm buying another set because I haven't found any better than these.

So far so good! Seems like a good product - - only gave it three stars for lack of a guide/instructions. Some helpful 'user manual' tips would have been great.
