Gould & Goodrich 804-G17 Gold Line Shoulder Holster (Chestnut Brown) Fits GLOCK 17, 19, 22, 23, 31, 32, 34, 35, 39

This is an excellent holster providing a great value. I recently used this holster to carry my Glock 17 on a multi-day motorcycle trip. I couldn't even tell that I was carrying my pistol most of the time. This keeps printing to a minimum under a loose fitting jacket or vest. The leather is well finished, and the fit is perfect for my Glock, with a nice solid thumb break and a smooth draw. I did have to adjust the pistol side angle to accommodate my carrying preference. The only things I would change - Metal fasteners, please. They aren't that much more expensive on a large scale production. I actually liked not having the belt straps. It allowed me enough flexibility to move more naturally than if I had the straps.

The holster works good as it should but the straps appear to thin. Only time will tell if it was worth the extra cash.

Love this holster! I wear bib overalls almost all the time so I needed something that didn't depend on a belt and is easily hidden under an open shirt over the bibs. It's also very comfortable - EXCEPT after wearing for a long time. The ONLY place that is a little bothersome over time is around the back of the neck. Would be nice if the leather was not so sharp-edged, or if that's not possible maybe a soft cloth-like covering at that location...? I dunno. I'll fix it myself of course. Just a suggestion and certainly not something that would prevent me from highly recommending this product. Which I do!

I tried the Bianchi X-rig, but wasn't happy with the gun fit (it didn't!), horizantal magazine position, or center-connector on the back. I deceided to give the G&G rig a try, and am pleasanlty surprised. The quality is great, fit is spot-on, and feels the way shoulder rigs should. I expect many years of service, as I rarely wear it. Recommended for the Glock 19, for sure.

Good quality, hides well under a suit jacket

So I got this for my husband because he is a hunter and needs a back up weapon to be close. We got it around 7 days even with Amazon prime. he loves it but, the holster and the straps are miss matched leather in color.Don't make any since. Other then that he would love it fits his glock 30 perfect. For this kind of money you would think it would match.

Holster came in today. I'm not sure what the complaints are about the strap thickness, its about the norm for shoulder rigs since the straps have to be flexible enough to conform. Raw texture on the inside of the straps helps it grip your clothing. Yes, this raw leather is going to shed some so I suggest adjustments be done with an old t shirt on that you don't mind getting leather bits all over. Fits the weapon well. Yes, the color of the straps are not quite matched but I would attribute this to the different cuts of leather taking dye at a different rate. I would say the holster and mag pouch are closer to Cognac than chestnut and the straps are a medium tan.My only compliant is that the swivel plate and rivets are plastic. I would have liked to see more metal parts than plastic, but since a good duty holster will run twice the price, this is a small complaint and only enough to knock the rating down to a 4
