Great product, hard to install
You have to go through the process of checking wall for studs, using drill, hammer, etc. to install this. I wish it were easier to install, but once it was up it worked great

Loses grip on heavy tools.
Be careful. If what its holding is fairly heavy & doesn't have a flared handle or something to stop it, eventually it will slide down & fall out just from weight. But normal brooms, mops, rakes stay fine. I like mine..just wish I'd known what it could & couldn't handle before it scared my dog.

a little hard to use. slots for brooms mops etc is very tight
