Too heavy. The bag is heavy to begin with, once we put 2-3 books in there it's over 10lbs. We'd like to return it if possible. Definitely not recommended for small children less than 10 years.

Compact and hardware that will for a lifetime. Reminds me of my red book bag in kindergarten. Straps are very padded and soft.
