These are SO good!! One was barely starting to come open from shipping, so I just ate that one first. Maybe a new sealing/lid design would work best for this product after seeing other reviews. I think my favorite was the double chocolate, although they were all delicious! Add a little Halo Top and it makes a perfect dessert with great macros. A little high in sugar, but it’s organic. So I’d rather choose something like this as an occasional splurge. I will definitely be purchasing more from Miss Jones!! On another note, I’ve also tried their cake mix and frosting for birthdays and they were both delicious also.

This brownie is delicious, it is easy to make and perfect for a single serving. Unfortunately buying it online and having it shipped is not the way to go. Package arrived covered in brownie batter dust. Of the 12 containers, 5 were open spilling all over the remaining 7. I had to wipe down each container in order to salvage what I could. At $2.49 a unit, I am out around $12.50 in product I cannot use and the remaining ones are still a bit gritty as well. Unless they figure out better packaging for shipping, I will stick to buying these in store at Whole Foods.

I purchased three different flavors of these cups, and unfortunately two sets arrived damaged with the contents of several cups having spilled out of the cups during shipping. I am disappointed, because I want to try all three flavors, but am now afraid that reordering will potentially result in more damaged goods. The one box that arrived undamaged contained "confetti pop" and they are delicious and couldn't be easier to make. I am not sure how one box could arrive intact, and the others with broken seals on multiple cups. I want to support this company. There are so few sweet treats out there that don't contain a bunch of artificial junk, and also taste good.

Ordered these six cups and two of them were already opened upon arrival. Had to throw them away...love this product but not worth ordering if you have to trash 1/3 of them.UPDATE: The company wrote me a letter and gave me an email address to contact them if I had any issues with their product. Will update again when I hear back from them!UPDATE: The company sent me replacements for the opened containers I received, as well as a really nice handwritten note! Would recommend...and the products are ridiculously yummy!

I absolutely love these! They're a perfect size for a sweet fix, and so easy to make. My only concern is that they were shipped rather haphazardly in a box, and the lids peeled off 3 of them (I ordered 12). Two of the opened ones were minimally leaking, but one of the cups was not salvageable, and completely dusted the inside of the box. Fix the shipping, and it's a 5-star from me.

I love how convenient these are to make and they are the perfect size for 1. The ingredients list is minimal, which I love. For most of the cups, I only needed to add a little bit of water, stir, and microwave for less than a minute. I count macros, so it is nice to have a small treat that doesn't blow my sugar, carbs, and fats out of the water, and still leave me feeling satisfied. The company even sent a card with a message on how to contact them if there was a problem with the order. A couple of my cups opened up in the box and Miss Jones, sent me a replacement box with a hand written note, stickers, and wrapped them in purple tissue paper. They responded quickly when I told them about what had happened. It is a good feeling to see how much this company cares about it's customers. It makes me want to shop for more of their products. I will purchase from this company again.

Their product is exceptional and delicious. However every time I order this more than half of the cups are open and the contents are all over the package. I can’t enjoy it if I can’t eat it. And it needs to be measured accurately so that it tastes good when you add your ingredients.

I liked the taste and ease of cooking of these delicious little desserts. They are just the right sizefor a nice, small dessert. The paper cups are not strofoam so they can be disposed of without damage to theenviroment. The ingredients are top quality in my opinion and taste very good. Since I have diet problems, Iparticularly enjoy these because they do not have a high fat component. In most cases, you simply add waterbefore microwaving and they taste great.
