Fantastic Product - I am thrilled.
I recently had the plumbing completely replaced in my house, I had a pipe burst and was not willing to put the house back together without removing all of the old plumbing.. This new straight line system is fantastic. I love having the direct cold and hot lines straight to the fixture - no more waiting for hot water for 20 minutes while the water runs all around the house and finally arrives at my faucet. (tepid) I actually switched this crimp system to a compression system, the fittings are available from supplyhouse.com in New York. Still completely happy.

You MUST order the fittings for the inlets
I would absolutely give this product a 5 star IF it came with the necessary fittings. Easy to install and I like having all home runs, but having to order the fittings (and the tightening wrench) separate was not a good surprise. I'd gladly pay $40 more if you just included them.

Great product, no parts service
I ordered this product based on product videos, thinking it came with crimp fittings, not Viega's proprietary press fittings. I didn't want to return the entire box since I'd already installed the manabloc. When I reached out to Viega customer service (got a quick reply from someone named Austin) to see if they could send me crimp fittings, they said they don't provide parts service. So, this was a poor experience despite this being a great product.

Leaking before the end of the month.
We had a plumber come in a install this water block into our reno, and it was leaking after two weeks. we requested a refund and they charged us a restoking fee, even tho it was a manufacturers defect. 10/10 wouldn't recommend

A good idea for the central distribution of water
A good idea for the central distribution of water, but the product was poorly designed. It only lasts for 10+ years then start to have water leakage. The manna block was composed of each Individual unit which is connected to each other and sealed by an O ring. The O rings are subjected to the hot temperature and pressure. When O rings are aging then leakage ensures to happen. Poorly designed. Should be glued or heat treated to become one unite. If you have this installed in your house you better watch your house flooding in about 10 years. 10-year of of quality to a house is relatively too short.
