Just wish it was a little more full. But it is absolutely gorgeous. Was able to fill in some of the holes with my decor.

The tree is lovely and easy to assemble. I wish it were just a little fuller, but overall very nice.

I put my tree up and separated the branches one section at a time and it made it so much easier to get the branches just right. I had more of the fake snow on my pajama pants then on my floor. I was happily surprised to see how very little was on the carpet. It was very easy to clean up. This is my first snow flocked tree and I am so happy with my purchase. When it's time to take it down, I am planning on putting it back in the box the way it came, with bubble/plastic wrap around section A, B & C to help with putting it back up again next year!

The tree is not nearly as full as in the photos presented on Amazon. The tree is much more messy than i anticipated during set up and tear down. It was fine while it was set up. I don't think I would have made the purchase had I known what I stated above.

Right out of the box, had to see if it was worth it before actually using it next Xmas... Did a little fluffing as all artifical trees need, just to get a good idea of fullness. Connecting the lights for each section had me stumped so I just plugged it in and figured I'd go from there but all 3 sections lit up automatically! This tree is DEFINITELY worth the buy! SUPER easy to set up. I'm going to love it when it's fully decorated!

My tree came in and I immediately put it up. I love decorating trees!! My excitement started to fade as I noticed a few broken branches… like 4. Maybe 5.I managed to make it work with zip ties , but I called the customer service number to see what could be done. With no hassle at all, I have a new tree on the way to me and I was not asked to return the original one. I’m pleased.

I purchased a 12ft flocked pre lit tree in November. My tree came in two large boxes. When I opened my boxes I found 5 UNLIT tree segments. Out of the 5 segments, only the top was marked with a red “A”. After getting the tree together it was not as full as advertised. It comes with wire to stabile the tree but the directions were not clear. One wear cable snapped. I spent 2 weeks going back and forth with customer service about my issues. They kept asking me to rerun the tree for a full refund. It was such a plain to put up because if it’s size, it wasn’t worth the hassle to take it down and wait for a new tree. I’m glad I didn’t give up though. Come to find out there’s a glitch/processing error in the database which is why I was sent the wrong tree. They offered me a substantial refund and the keeping the unlit tree, which I obliged. I’m still not happy with the entire experience but I feel like they tried to make it right after I kept on them for 2 weeks.

First, I would like to say, I believe customer support from Amazon, our little Christmas elves. The tree arrived five days earlier than it was supposed to and arrive the day after Thanksgiving, which is the normal period in which we decorate our Christmas tree. Many thanks to Amazon support, it is seriously the most beautiful tree anyone needing to order a new tree THIS is the one. :)
