Perfect Petzzz Collie Soft Toy

I read the first 10 reviews and looked at the questions. So first issue is that it feels and looks like a dead animal. It is stiff as a brick and it is in NO way cuddly by any stretch. It does not turn off and it is not motion activated as one review suggests. I was hoping for something calming and cuddly for my mother in law who is in late stage dementia. She. Is not an idiot, she has dementia!even she could tell this was not real and pretty much scoffed at it. I really can’t understand how this got good ratings. Does anyone know of a better product that actually would be soft and cuddly and still seem feel like a real dog? If not someone ought to invent one!

The cool feature for this toy is the breathing you hear and see from it. Well that sound turned rather quickly to a plastic cracking noise where you should only hear the breathing from the toy

We adored Glencoe. Came quickly and arrived in excellent condition. His breathing is incredibly life-like and he was a show stopper at our event. However, his belly where the breathing device is, is very delicate. Don't push too hard on his belly or he'll die. But still perfectly cute.

Received the product quickly and safely. It is a very nice present for a child. Unfortunately it does have one major flaw - the lack of an on-off switch. This means that you have to use a screw driver to remove a panel in order to disconnect the battery. I purchased the product through Amazon.

Box appeared to have been previously opened/returned item. Made noise like the motor was running but didn’t appear to be breathing like advertised.

This was adorable at first but then the heart stopped beating only after a month or two. My daughters birthday gift didn't last long.
