Really love this Shea butter!
I’ve tried a ton of Shea butter brands and I was really impressed by the consistency of this one. It does have the Shea butter scent, but I don’t think you could find a better butter for the price or even quadruple the price. I won’t go back to using any other brand and will always buy the 32oz package because it’s sereiously that fantastic just by itself or mixed with other butters and made into a whipped body lotion or lotion bar. Amazing find!

Wonderful customer service
The shea butter is creamy, slight scent, lovely product. I originally didn't receive the correct amount of Shea butter. The customer service went above and beyond to make things right. I will happily continue to do business with this company. This company has a wonderful product and if they have any other products on the market that I use, I will be buying from them.

Yay! It doesn't smell like olives!
I have tried many different shea brands and they all stink. I have almost given up on shea and moved to a different butter when I stumbled on this.. Halilujeah! Pleasant mild smell. Soft. Easy to handle. However, I prefer the solid bricks. This is a package of soft shea. I scooped what I wanted with a spoon. Melting usually takes a couple minutes but this is so soft that it melts very quickly.I'm an ametrur so I don't know what is good or bad but I love the quality and smell but wish it was more firm. Also, it has a grainy texture but melts in smooth. It's different than what I have hendled previously but I'm not sure which is best.

Really raw, but really nice!
I just got it and gave it a try. I was surprised how thick it was and the texture looked a little rough, but as I applied it on my skin, it was very satisfying, and made my skin smooth. I really liked it.

Excellent pure product.
This is excellent Shea butter, and I like how it’s packaged into several smaller bags to keep fresh. It is smooth and creamy, a pale yellow/dark ivory color, and yes it smells like Shea butter. We are a family of six, and I use it to make lotions, salt scrubs, and hair treatments for my daughter’s natural multi ethnic hair. It melts easily and sets and whips nicely. Adding some essential oils can make it smell more to your preference. But the natural scent doesn’t bother us and fades once applied -even in hair. I melt it with some with black Jamaican castor oil for hot oil treatments for my teen twice a week, along with tea tree oil. I highly recommend this brand and am reordering.

Not as professional as I had hoped
Containers are rolling around the box. Not sure how they ended up not broken.One package was obviously less than 2 pounds, so I pulled out the scale to make sure I had 160 oz. When I added the weight of all the packages, it came close to the 160. I feel a bit more attention needs to be paid to packaging so as to not make people feel they are being cheated. The packages were a bit greasy. I do hope this works for my lotion

Very good and goes a long way!
As a cosmetologist, retired, I am very picky about my products and although this is a little grainy after being kept in the refrigerator until use, it is very good and very moisturizing. I will buy it again if available. Thank you very much. I mix it with hyaluronic acid, vitamin E, argon oil, and more ...for my face, and only use it straight for a body butter. Keep it in the fridge and remember to warm it up again between the palms when using.
