Beautifully pungent aroma
This was actually a paste, which meant it blended into the food, much more readily. I used a very small amount initially, but this was perfect for the Thai Chili basil dish that I made. Really recommend this product and I will use it in a number of other dishes, too.

Perfect if you like a Minty Thai Green Curry!
I've made 100 green curries and after using this it was hands down the worsdt I have ever made. Ruined it with an awful synthetic Minty flavour. Just my opinion. Used once and will throw the rest away... very disappointed.
