Ok, we all know trying to get in protein is, difficult, to say the least. As far as protein intake goes, this is by far, my number one choice. I have tried numerous amounts of things to get extra protein in, the drinks, the liquid protein, the chewables etc. Are any of them great tasting, no, is this product great tasting? it's definitely doable, but it doesn't taste as good as a steak and shrimp. But as far as protein supplements go it's not bad, one of the other reviewers put on here that they have to do a mindset that it's just thick cough syrup, that really helps me quite a bit, and it definitely does up my protein. I donate plasma as well as trying to lose weight and feel full as far as products go I have purchased this particular one twice. I really like that it comes in the 1 oz packages that I can throw in my backpack and take to work.

Horrible horrible taste

This was awful, l opened the pouch first and it smelled like open butt. I thought that once l mixed it with something it wouldn’t smell or taste like it and it did gross 🤢 l threw it away.

My all time favorite 🙌🏻 so nutritious, mixes great and no chalky or gritty texture like you’d normally get with protein because this is obviously a gel consistency. My favorite flavor is watermelon. These are the easiest to just pack in my lunch.
