I ordered this purse in the color light denim and have received so many compliments on it. The color is great with jeans or any casual outfit. The brown strap and detailing are a perfect complimentary color. The overall quality of materials is excellent and has held up very well. I like that it is so roomy inside and doesn’t have that flimsy divider like a lot of other totes. I can easily fit my iPad and composition books inside, but it’s a good size to use strictly as a purse as well. Two of my friends ordered this purse after seeing mine! I also bought the brown one as a gift for my sister and she loves it. The only issue is that the strap became a little frayed where it sits on my shoulder, but that was after almost a year of constant use. It doesn’t look that bad but I ordered another one this year in the same color for everyday use. But I can still use my previous one for more casual events. Highly recommend.

This two toned bag is almost perfect for me. I would have liked it a little bigger, but it ended up working out well, because now I am not able to carry around so much weight on my shoulders. It’s a win-win! I love the black/brown combo and the quality of the leather is really good. I can use it with 2 different color palates. The style and stitching are very cute. I took it on vacation and it was very convenient, in the airport, and while sightseeing . The zippered pocket and closure make me feel like my wallet and phone are secure and won’t fall out of my bag if it tips over. Great purse, great price!

Not what I expected the material is soft and nice, however I was expecting a more hard material.Yes the color is beautiful, no smell, value for money for those who like the soft material. Spacious pockets

Fits over the shoulder perfectly. Great to carry also. I use it for my work bag.It holds my laptop, folders & papers.There’s 2 zip pockets on inside and 2 slide pockets; perfect for pens & highlighters.Bag zips closed to secure everything inside.It looks very cool. 😎

This is just the right size. I bought it to take on an Alaskan cruise as my purse for the plane. The color, black with brown trim, is great with all colors, and it was very reasonably priced. I would buy it again.

The dimensions in the pictures says the bag height is 11.5" and the strap in 12" -- HOWEVER, the height is 11" and the strap is only 9.5". They do call it a "tote handbag," which I guess now should have been a clue. I like the color, the look of the stitching, the interior pockets, and the fact that it zips close. The $25 for fake leather was okay, because I thought I was getting a tote bag strap length. I won't bother to return the purse, but I will not buy again. Actually, I will now stay away from all Montana West bags, because I got two styles today, and both have incorrect dimensions.
