must have for manscaping of any kind. and the light on it is a nice touch also.

I've gone through a dozen trimmers since growing my beard/mustache some 40 years ago. I know in the last 5 years there have been a few dozen companies that offer a variety of hair trimmers. This version I like a lot.The single most important "like" is that the blades are easily replaceable and the lower blade is made of cermaic, so, is does not grab and pull the hairs anyplace on your body regardlass of how long or short you set the trimmer.I've used this Trimmer once a week for several months now, waiting to write a review based on my reality of use and charge life. I'm pleased to say this MANSPOT Manscape Trimmer is money well spent. A charge last me 4 weeks and yes it is a wide blade trimmer, it works great and needs no oil.

Worked great but within a few months the metallic black coating started to come off. Does a good job in private areas, beard and hair. For the price it's great and the battery lasts awhile and charges quickly. Unfortunately a couple months ago started to make weird sounds. So a rubber band wrapped around it fixed that. This morning the razor is not what it used to be. So it looks like I'll be looking at a new razor. The light is awesome to have especially in the hard to reach areas. It's a shame cause I just bought new blades in January. So the blades do last a year and I shave with no guard in sensitive areas.

Works great! Would buy again!

*Re-Edit: Okay, this thing doesn't work. Only got to use it once, I don't bother trying to turn it on anymore, it's such a pain. And today when I got home from work, it was just... running. Just sitting there running, and hot. Not good. Would not recommend. If yours is having issues turning off or on, do yourself a favor and return it to get a different brand. It does not get better, it gets worse.*Edit: After a few more tries to make sure it wouldn't turn off before I sent it back, the battery had depleted enough to need a charge, and after letting it finish charging again, it worked, the light turned on and it turned off with the button. Still need to fiddle with the charger to make it work half the time.Initial Review: It looks like it would work great. But it won't turn off, and the light isn't working, so I don't want to use it.I received the item, unboxed it and let it charge fully, after it was charged I wanted to see how quiet it was, and it is very quiet! But after turning it on the power button seems to do nothing, it will not turn off with the button, and it won't go to the 2nd setting with the light. To turn it off again I put it on the charging base and it stops.

I'm a person that does a lot of research before buying products. I looked at/reviewed many trimmer options and was on the verge of purchasing a Manscaped Lawnmower 4.0 but reviews on the Manspot trimmer convinced me to give it a try, and man-o-man am I glad I did. I bought the new version with the cradle and LED light. This trimmer is awesome!!! I was extremely impressed after 1st use. It came with the 1.5 blade attached, so I went with that and the Manspot performed above my expectations down below. Not one pull or nick, a perfect trim at the perfect closeness. It performed well in close and curved areas. I was so impressed; I wish I could share a pic (but we know that's not an option). The only downside is it does not come with a charging adapter to plug into a wall outlet, but that doesn't stop me from giving a 5 STAR rating. Excellent Purchase!!!

Oh yes, great value and battery life. Love the little LED light to see in darker areas. Haven't had any issues with it after like 20 shave and the trimmer guard that come with it are nice

If you are expecting a clean, stubble-free shave from this product, you will be disappointed. My 30- year-old electric barber shears (which I use on my neck) give a closer shave. I purchased this shaver because my old ones are not suitable for sensitive body parts. The closet body shave you can expect from this product is the equivalent of a 4-day beard on your face. All this razor is good for is to trim down very long hair in preparation to use a regular razor. If you keep your arm pits shaved, this product is useless. If you go a few weeks without shaving your body, these sheers do a adequate job cutting the hair down far enough to be able to easily finish up with a razor and lather. I suppose it would work, if you wanted to shorten your beard, or something like that, but it certainly will not shave you. If you are careful, it does not seem to pinch or cause irritation. That was about all I was hoping for, so if it holds up, it will do the job that I bought it for.
