I used this in my cinnamon filling for cinnamon rolls and they turned out to be the ooeyest, gooeyest, most amazing cinnamon rolls I've ever made. My family couldn't get enough and I'm already getting requests to make them again. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent Thickener
Used it sparingly and little goes a long way. Excellent stabilizer for my whipped cream cakes! Haven’t used it for pies yet but it held my whipped cream like a champ during the summer hot months in Nevada when making fresh fruit whipped cream cakes. It never melt during transportation or display.
