Use as a topical for arthritis
Add to a base of oil and spread onto your skin for relief from arthritis.I used as described at first and the side effects were a bit unsettling.I looked up the herb online for proper use and it said to use as a topical for arthritis.I hope this is helpful to someone. It takes about an hour to kick in and and helps for a few hours. (For me)

BEWARE and WHY
If you are autoimmune and your condition, like mine, involves misguiding of th-17 cells. USE WITH CAUTION OR NOT AT ALL.Thunder God vine suppresses the misguiding of th-17 cells dose dependently which is fantastic. But itβs dose dependently. What happens when it wears off?For me my immune system had an extreme rebound as the supplement wore off (single dose) and the attacks were severe in a way that I was very much contemplating killing myself. My immune system does attack my dopamine receptors so this can make sense this extreme is brought up but it was like 7-fold.AUTOIMMUNE BEWARE YOU ARE MORE LIKELY THAN OTHERS TO HAVE DANGEROUS ADVERSE EFFECTS
