The media could not be loaded. Viltrox continues to prove themselves as a really solid third-party alternative and their Canon EF - EF M Adapter is no exception. The adapter allows you to use all of your Canon EF and EF-S lenses on your Canon M series cameras. (Canon M6, Canon M100, Canon M50, etc.) and it does so quite well, actually. I’ve been testing this the past few days along with Canon’s own adapter and the results are genuinely impressive. Not only does the Viltrox version auto-expose as well as the Canon version, it autofocuses pretty well too. Viltrox supports Canon’s dual pixel autofocus and they’ve done a good job. For anyone who’s interested I’ve been filming all of my footage with a Canon EF 50mm f1.4 and a Canon EF 85mm f1.8 on a Canon M6 and the results have been great. Genuinely impressive for an adapter that only costs $39. The Viltrox EF - EF M Adapter is definitely worth checking out.

The buillt seems very strong. When I attach my Lens and then to my camera it is very sturdy. The picture quality is fine it allows me to switch modes depending on what I'm shooting

Works great. I put this on my Canon M50 MK2 and then added an EF mount 70-300 lens. Great pictures without a glitch. This seems to be money well spent.

The ef - e DOES NOT WORK. My auto focus is extremely slow and does not allow my lenses to focus on anything. I'm so angry because this is now outside of the return window for me because I bought it in December and I spent $140 on something that simply does not work. On top of that, it's impossible to make an account with Viltrox in order to see if it's a firmware issue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY

This is a very handy adapter so that you can keep using Canon EF lenses on a Canon M. Autofocus still works and it is seamless and unnoticeable.
